The Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research is hosting its annual Saward Lecture in November.

This year’s speaker is David Eagleman, a neuroscientist and author of “Incognito: The Secret Lives of the Unconscious Brain.” The book is a New York Times bestseller and was named book of the year by Amazon, Goodreads, The Houston Chronicle and The Boston Globe.
The lecture is titled “You are what you think: Understanding how your brain controls your behavior, and how you can use that knowledge to improve your health.”
