North Image landlord receives Sparkles award

North Image — At its Oct. 18 meeting, the North Image Neighborhood Association honored Norma Nolt with the Vancouver Sparkles community pride award. Nolt, owner of Creekside Mobile Estates, was recognized for making it “one of the finest manufactured home communities in Vancouver, while keeping it an affordable housing option.” The neighborhood’s nomination of Nolt reads: “Norma transformed the clubhouse with her special decorating touches inside and beautiful landscaping outside, and she offers it at no charge for the monthly neighborhood association meetings. Norma works hard on the common areas at the front entrance and street front, which enhances the mobile home community and the whole North Image area.”
