EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) -- The New York Giants have signed receiver Brandon Collins to the practice squad and terminated the contract of offensive lineman Stephen Goodin.
The Super Bowl champions announced the moves on Tuesday, one day before their season opener against the Dallas Cowboys.
Collins was signed as a rookie free agent in May. The Southeastern Louisiana product didn't have a reception in the first three preseason games and was waived on Aug.27.
Goodin, a rookie free agent from Nebraska-Kearney, had been waived as part of the final cuts and signed to the practice squad on Saturday.
