Rockies recall LHP Josh Outman

DENVER (AP) -- The Colorado Rockies have recalled left-hander Josh Outman from Double-A Tulsa.
Outman was with the big league club earlier in the season, going 0-3 with a 9.00 ERA in 15 appearances, including seven starts. He was optioned to Tulsa on July 4.
Outman began this season on the disabled list with an oblique strain and was reinstated May 15.
The Rockies hosted the San Francisco Giants on Monday night.
