The second-annual Urban Chicken and Garden Tour, the main fundraiser for the Camas Farmers Market, is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The self-guided tour of 14 properties will include coop and garden tours. There will be information about building a chicken coop, growing vegetables and flowers, and using helpful resources around the county. Property owners will answer questions, offer hints and share their coops and gardens.
Purchase the tour booklet and map at the coop tour booth at the market or by emailing info@camasfarmersmarket.org. The cost is $10 per family for one day or $15 for both days.
