West Vancouver underage drinking foes seek volunteers

West Vancouver — The new Substance Free Youth coalition is still looking for volunteers. SFY is aimed at reducing underage drinking in West Vancouver. Last year, the group worked out a structure and a strategic plan (to be approved by the state); this fall, the group wants to move toward implementation. Its steering committee needs more neighborhood residents to join the effort.
