Huesman helps Chattanooga top Glenville State 35-0

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) — Jacob Huesman threw two touchdown passes in the first quarter and Chattanooga routed Glenville State 35-0 on Thursday night.

The Mocs (1-2) opened the scoring on Huesman’s 44-yard pass to Terrell Robinson, and the freshman added a 10-yard scoring strike to Faysal Shafaat. Keon Williams had a 1-yard touchdown run in the quarter, and Marquis Green scored on 5- and 8-yard runs in the second half.

Huesman was 16 of 26 for 210 yards with one interception and also had seven carries for 46 yards. Green led the Mocs in rushing with 65 yards on nine carries.

Darold Hughes was 13 of 23 for 61 yards with an interception for the Pioneers (1-2).
