Jamaree Jones rushed for three touchdowns, but the Plainsmen could not quite catch Kelso.
Jones’ 2-yard run in the third quarter pulled Evergreen with 21-14. And his second 2-yard run in the fourth quarter got the Plainsmen with 28-21.
But Taylor Radcliffe’s 55-yard punt return sealed the victory for the Hilanders.
