The Tigers rallied from a 14-7 halftime deficit to remain unbeaten with the road victory.
Kevin Haynes picked up 229 yards on 20 carries and scored two touchdowns, doing most of his damage in the second half.
"They really had a good defensive package to keep Kevin Haynes out of the game, and in the first half, they were able to do that," Battle Ground coach Larry Peck said. "We adjusted well at halftime."
Landon Paprska and Justin Smalley each had a rushing touchdown for the Tigers, combining for about 125 yards. Ian Humphrey threw a 16-yard TD pass to Jake Sachen.
Battle Ground (4-0) played strong defensively, Peck said. One of the Lions' touchdowns was on a long fumble return.
