LANDOVER, Md. (AP) — Redskins receiver Pierre Garcon and Bengals cornerback Leon Hall are inactive for Washington’s game against visiting Cincinnati.

Garcon is out with a sore right foot Sunday, and Hall is sidelined by an injured calf. Bengals defensive end Carlos Dunlap (sprained right knee) and running back Bernard Scott (broken right hand) are active for the first time this season.

Garcon quickly established himself as the top target of rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III but was hurt in Week 1. Leonard Hankerson is expected to start in Garcon’s place against the Bengals.

Also out for the Redskins is safety Brandon Meriweather, who hasn’t played this season because of a sprained left knee. But cornerback Josh Wilson is active after leaving last week’s game with a concussion.
