UPDATE: Police locate missing woman

Vancouver police say a missing woman has been located.
Cassandra Manee, 29, checked herself out of an adult care facility Sunday, according to a police news bulletin. Manee has medical conditions that require medication, the release said.
She returned home safe this afternoon.
