Geeky Gorgeous wins Monmouth Park feature

OCEANPORT, N.J. (AP) -- Geeky Gorgeous took command in the stretch and drew off to win the $34,000 allowance feature at Monmouth Park on Sunday, beating Celtic Chant by 2 3/4 lengths.
Ridden by Armando Ayuso and trained by Daniel Lopez, the 3-year-old filly ran six furlongs over the fast track in 1:11 1-5 and paid $9.80, $5.20 and $3.60. The win was Geeky Gorgeous' fourth in six starts at Monmouth Park this year.
Celtic Chant returned $7.80 and $7, and Natalie Victoria paid $6.20 to show.
