ST. LOUIS (AP) — Rookie kicker Greg Zuerlein set a St. Louis Rams record with a 58-yard field goal in the first quarter.
Zuerlein topped the previous mark of 57 yards by Jeff Wilkins in 1998 against the Cardinals. He split the uprights with plenty of room to spare on a kick that cut the Seahawks’ lead to 7-3 on Sunday.
Zuerlein is 9 for 9 on the season with a 56-yarder outdoors last week in Chicago.
