JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed free agent defensive tackle Sen’Derrick Marks to a one-year contract.

Marks will compete for a starting spot with former first-round draft pick Tyson Alualu and recent free-agent signee Roy Miller.

The 6-foot-2, 294-pound Marks spent the past four seasons with the Tennessee Titans after being selected in the second round of the 2009 draft. He has played in 51 games with 26 starts and has 180 tackles, three sacks, 23 quarterback pressures and 12 tackles for loss.

Marks joins Miller, running back Justin Forsett, linebacker Geno Hayes, receiver Jordan Shipley and cornerbacks Alan Ball and Antwaun Molden in the team’s free-agent class.

Marks replaces C.J. Mosley, who was released Sunday. The team also parted ways with former starting defensive tackle Terrance Knighton.
