EIBAR, Spain (AP) — Nairo Quintana of Colombia won the fourth stage of the Tour of Basque Country on Thursday, edging overall leader Sergio Henao in the final sprint.

Quintana finished the 94.2-mile ride from Trapagaran to Eibar in 3 hours, 58 minutes, 52 seconds. The Movistar rider shaved 2 seconds off his fellow Colombian’s lead to remain in second place, 6 seconds off the pace.

Australian cyclist Richie Porte and two-time Tour de France winner Alberto Contador finished in the same pack as Henao. Both are 10 seconds behind, along with Simon Spilak of Slovenia.

Riders face the next-to-last stage on Friday, a 103-mile leg with 10 summits to cross between Eibar and Beasain.
