Clark County Skills Center launches barbecue season



Clark County Skills Center restaurant management and culinary arts students will host the school’s annual barbecue dinner at 6:30 p.m. April 26 at the Skills Center Restaurant, 12200 N.E. 28th St.

The menu features Andrew’s famous barbecue ribs, country-fried chicken, homemade corn bread, baked beans, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, fresh fruit, vegetable trays with dip, caramel apple pie and strawberry shortcake.
