Clarification: City Hall site

City hall site: A business story, “Former City Hall site’s sale official,” on Page C5 of Tuesday’s newspaper contained incomplete information about the property’s value. While the site was assessed at a value of $4.1 million for 2012 property taxes, it was appraised to sell on the market for between $1.7 million and $1.85 million, according to officials from Vancouver Public Schools, sellers of the property.
