Grand-Am qualifying rained out at Road Atlanta

BRASELTON, Ga. (AP) — Qualifying for the Rolex Grand-Am series’ Grand Prix of Atlanta was rained out Friday at Road Atlanta, giving the pole Saturday to point leaders Scott Pruett and Memo Rojas.

Pruett and Rojas, co-drivers for Chip Ganassi Racing, are the three-time defending series champions in the headlining Daytona Prototype class. Andy Lally and John Potter will start from the pole in the GT class.
