Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Columbia Ventures, an investment firm, has leased 1,465 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 120, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Douglas C. Elcock and Donald G. Grant, doing business as Grant & Elcock Attorneys, have leased 525 square feet at Washougal Town Square, Suite 245. The tenant and the landlord, Lone Wolf Development, represented themselves in the transaction.

Fairplay Financial LLC, a realty firm, has leased 1,940 square feet of office space at Bank of America Financial Center, 805 Broadway, Suite C, Vancouver, from RS Holdings LLC. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Reese and Wendy Carpenter, investors, have purchased a 4,128-square-foot retail building at 7201 N.E. 18th St., Vancouver, from Hicks Management LLC. The purchase price was $300,000. Pam Lindloff and Charlie Kleier of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Cindy Anderson of Windermere Stellar Group represented the buyer.

Richard Shiraishi, lumber broker, has leased 918 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 123, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

The Children’s Center has renewed its lease of 3,710 square feet at The 500 West 8th Street building from Clark County. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
