ALBANY, Ore. — Linn County authorities say three people have been arrested, and they are searching for a fourth in the case of a 20-year-old woman who said she was sexually assaulted and held against her will last weekend.

Prosecutor Michael Wynhausen said that people at a residence in Sweet Home were using methamphetamine, and the victim passed out. Wynhausen said that when she woke up, she found she had been sexually assaulted. She said she escaped later as one suspect slept.

The Albany Democrat-Herald reported that 54-year-old Daniel Fred Schroeder was arraigned Wednesday on charges of kidnapping, assault and unlawful sexual penetration.

Two others were arraigned on assault charges: 30-year-old Joseph Rafael Gutierrez and 33-year-old Karissa Lynett Williams.

The sheriff’s office said it is looking for 25-year-old Michell Slay.
