INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Andrew Luck and Peyton Manning spent draft weekend sharing the same town.
Get ready for more in October when Manning’s Broncos come to town to face Luck’s Colts. Both quarterbacks steered clear of that topic Saturday to focus on something else — helping children.
In an odd twist, Luck, the Colts’ quarterback, and Manning, Luck’s predecessor in Indy, just happened to be in town for some charity work with different children’s hospitals in Indy.
Luck put about 15 children through workouts as part of his Change The Play initiative he’s doing with Riley Hospital for Children.
Not far away and a little later in the day, the Broncos quarterback was preparing for his annual fundraiser for the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St.Vincent.
