AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) — Mercedes-Benz has upgraded its corporate involvement at the Masters by becoming one of three global sponsors.
Augusta National chairman Billy Payne said Tuesday that Mercedes-Benz is joining AT&T and IBM as the tournament’s three main sponsors. The German-based automaker replaces ExxonMobil as a global sponsor.
Mercedes-Benz had been one of two international partners at the Masters for the last five years. UPS is the newest partner, joining Rolex.
