Letter: Candidate has depth of character

Character is very important in an elected official. It influences their sincerity, their treatment of others, and their willingness to work hard to find meaningful solutions to difficult problems.

Anne McEnerny-Ogle is a woman of great character. A 32-year Vancouver resident, her roots go deep in the community. Her list of community service fills pages. McEnerny-Ogle once gave CPR to a bicycler having a heart attack. The same presence of mind and calm attitude (character) that saved his life will make her an excellent member of the Vancouver City Council. Vote for McEnerny-Ogle for Vancouver City Council, position 3.
