Letter: Councilors need vision, good sense

The Columbian

Given the challenges Vancouver faces, we need city council members who have vision and good sense, and will listen to the people but not be swayed by a noisy “Tea Party” minority.

We already have these qualities in Jack Burkman, running for re-election to Position 1.

Burkman has served us well and should be kept on.

As for Positions 2 and 3, the best choices are Ty Stober and Galina Burley, both of whom have the experience, vision and good sense Vancouver needs.
