Weather permitting, members of the Vancouver Sidewalk Astronomers will set up telescopes at a free star party Saturday in Ridgefield.It will run from 8 to 10:30 p.m. at Gougér Cellars Winery, 26506, N.E. 10th Ave. The moon and other celestial objects will be visible, said Stan Seeberg, with the astronomy group.
A few scattered clouds won’t present a problem, but if conditions appear doubtful, call the winery after 8 p.m. Saturday at 360-909-4707 to inquire about a possible weather cancellation.
