FOREST GROVE, Ore. — The Monday night Forest Grove City Council meeting had a standing-room crowd, with most people complaining about the new Dream Girls Espresso stand.

KATU reports they called it a public nuisance that’s too close to a convenience store where kids hang out.

The owner, Leah Sizemore, says she’s trying to appease critics by banning the skimpiest outfits and telling baristas to wear only bikinis or lingerie.

Councilors listened to public testimony and referred the issue to the city staff for further research.
