In the Aug. 11 editorial column, “It’s time to move forward — new proposal for CRC makes more sense than starting from scratch,” I am reminded of a poor alcoholic who is again going to try to drink successfully. The strategy this time is to cut down on the amount of mixer.
If the Columbia River Crossing light rail addicts’ proposal is to offer even less traffic solutions, then I say good luck on that one. If you want to move forward, and we all do, then drop the light rail. This isn’t rocket science, folks.
