Mystery gardener cleans up plant bed

Vancouver Heights — There’s a wanted person in the Vancouver Heights neighborhood, but he or she is a do-gooder, not a fugitive on the lam. A mysterious volunteer, or perhaps volunteers, surprised neighbors by cleaning up and weeding the plant beds at the landscaped triangle between North Morrison Road and South Garrison Road. Neighborhood leaders would like the helper to call 360-735-7131 so they can give a proper thank you, according to the Vancouver Heights Neighborhood Association’s July newsletter.
