Portland Thorns FC fans who don’t have DirectTV or Dish Network can watch Saturday’s playoff match at FC Kansas City online, or at the Dublin Down pub in downtown Vancouver.

The National Women’s Soccer League semifinal kicks off at 11 a.m. PDT Saturday. Fox Sports 2 network will carry the game. It is available on channel 618 on DirectTV and channel 398 on Dish Network. Comcast cable does not offer Fox Sports 2.

The match will be available live online through FOXSoccer2Go.com. The website is offering a free trial through Sept. 15. To watch the match, users must enter a credit card number to cover the $19.95 subscription fee, but will not be charged if they cancel the service prior to Sept. 15.

Dublin Down Irish Pub, 813 Main St., in Vancouver, is one of eight metro area Timbers and Thorns pub partners showing the match live.

The winner of Saturday’s match will play on Aug. 31 for the first NWSL championship. If Portland wins, it would either play at Western New York or host Sky Blue FC in the championship match.

Western New York hosts Sky Blue FC at 5 p.m. on Saturday. That game is also available on Fox Sports 2 and FOXSoccer2Go.com.

Goalkeeper of the Year — FC Kansas City goalkeeper Nicole Barnhart was voted the NWSL Goalkeeper of the Year by league owners. Thorns goalkeeper Karina LeBlanc and Western New York’s Adrianna Franch tied for second in the voting. Barnhart led the league with 10 shutouts. She had the third best goals-against average and the fifth most saves.
