Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Anita and Robert Haney have leased 862 square feet of retail space, for a children's new and resale boutique, at Orchards Center, 10411 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite 130, Vancouver. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the tenant. Pam Lindloff and Brooke Burgner represented the landlord.

Cobalt Mortgage, a lending company, has leased 2,626 square feet at First Pacific Plaza, 7720 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Vancouver. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord. Bruce Raskin of Raskin Partners and Eric Turner of Cresa Partners represented the tenant. The anticipated move-in date is Oct. 1.

The Cat's Meow Luxury Boarding has leased 1,440 square feet at 330 N.E. Chkalov Drive, Suite B, Vancouver, from the Lynne Irene Angel Family Limited Partnership. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and John Lee of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. The anticipated move-in date is Oct. 1.

Dish Network has leased 6,625 square feet of industrial space at Minnehaha Corporate Center, 4220 N.E. Minnehaha, Building 2, Vancouver. Brad Rollins of Cresa Denver represented the tenant and Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the landlord. The anticipated move-in date is Oct. 1.

Earthlink Inc. has renewed its lease at 3000 Columbia House Blvd., Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.

The Hertz Corporation has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for an auto rental and leasing business at 502 Plaza, 1419 W. Main St., Battle Ground, from Pacific NW Hotels. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant and Greg Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates, represented the landlord. The anticipated move-in date is Oct. 1.

Joner & Baker PLLC, a law firm, has leased 1,149 square feet of retail space at Battle Ground Village, 1207 S.E. Rasmussen Blvd., Suite A-115, Battle Ground. Carmen Villarma of The Management Group represented the tenant. Pam Lindloff and Brooke Burgner of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Party City Corporation has leased 11,000 square feet of retail space for a Halloween store from Pine Tree-Sau Hazel Dell LLC. The site is at Hazel Dell Town Center, 8902 N.E. Fifth Ave., Suite C-1, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff and Brooke Burgner of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Stahl-Wooldridge Construction Company has purchased The Palms Plaza 24 Hour Fitness building, a 45,000-square-foot building on 4.4 acres at 13019 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver. The purchase price was $9,200,000. Derek Federinko of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer and Sean Cooley of Cornish & Care Commercial represented the seller.

Transport Holdings Inc. has leased 3,080 square feet at Washougal Town Square, 1700 Main St., Suite 230, Washougal, from Lone Wolf Development. The anticipated move-in will be in October.

Tropics Jewelry & Loan has leased 6,000 square feet at Orchards Market Center, 11505 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, from 1231 Investments LLC, L&N Orchards LLC, and the Vandermast Centre LLC. This is the second location in Clark County for the business. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the tenant and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord. The anticipated move-in date is Oct. 1.
