NEW YORK (AP) — Phillies left-hander Ryan Sasaki and Royals second baseman Justin Trapp have been suspended for 50 games each following positive drug tests under baseball’s minor league drug program.

In addition, free agent right-hander Robinson Fabian has been suspended for 25 games for a violation of the program.

Sasaki, who is on the roster of the Gulf Coast League Phillies, had an elevated testosterone/epitestosterone ratio, the commissioner’s office said Monday.

Trapp, on the roster on the Class A Kane County Cougars, tested positive for Phentermine.

The nature of Sasaki’s violation was not specified.

Twenty-one suspensions have been announced this year under the minor league program.
