BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (AP) — Spencer Parker hit for 20 points to lead Bowling Green to a 74-62 win over Western Kentucky Monday night.

Parker, who made 5 of 7 from the floor, led four Falcons in double figures. Richaun Holmes scored 18; Craig Sealey added 13 and Anthony Henderson chipped in 12 as Bowling Green (3-4) held off the Hilltoppers (4-3), who were paced by T.J. Price’s 24 points.

Bowling Green was 45.5 percent from beyond the arc, while limiting Western Kentucky to 34.4 percent from the field, including 8 of 26 from the 3-point line.

The Falcons were up by two at the half, but used a 15-point run at the start of the second to take control of the contest. Western cut the lead to 9 with 1:06 left on Price’s long 3-pointer, but were forced to foul and Bowling Green made 3 of 4 free throws to ice it.
