Boys basketball: Evergreen 78, Hudson’s Bay 52

Robert Franks scored 20 points, and the Plainsmen connected on 10 3-pointers in the victory.

Franks made three 3-pointers. Kobey Eaton and David Martin each had two for Evergreen (1-1).

Jalen Ballard came off the bench to score 14 points for the Plainsmen, who raced out to a 19-point halftime lead.

DeWayne Whitley led Hudson’s Bay (0-2) with 18 points.
