One Life pantry gets grant for new facility

Hough — The One Life food pantry received $17,000 last month from the Meyer Memorial Trust. The grant will help the pantry reopen in a newly renovated facility at 1801 Daniels St. The Meyer Memorial Trust, a foundation funded by the estate of Fred G. Meyer, said it has awarded more than $8.5 million to Clark County nonprofit groups since it began in 1982.
