LAKE LOUISE, Alberta (AP) — Lindsey Vonn has completed her first official World Cup downhill training run of the season without a hitch.

The American was the 10th skier out of the gate Wednesday, when the temperature was below zero.

She says she will decide after another training run, scheduled for Thursday, whether to race in Friday’s downhill.

Vonn hasn’t competed since tearing ligaments in her right knee in a crash at the world championships in February.

The four-time overall World Cup champion and 2010 Olympic downhill gold medalist had a setback last month, partially tearing one of her surgically reconstructed ligaments in a fall during practice.

Vonn has earned 14 of her 59 career World Cup race wins at Lake Louise, including three-victory sweeps in 2011 and 2012.
