Washougal police on Sunday morning arrested three people suspected in a Saturday night armed robbery of the E Street Market, 1414 E St., Washougal.

Dalton S. Krecklow, 19, and two 17-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of first-degree robbery.

Sgt. Geoff Reijonen said police responded at 10:48 p.m. Saturday to the report of a robbery at the store.

“The suspect entered the store armed with a handgun and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect made off with approximately $200 cash and some cigarettes,” Reijonen said in a press release.

He said he could not provide all details because of the investigation.

He said Krecklow and one 17-year-old were arrested before 6 a.m. and the third person after 6 a.m. Sunday.

Officers from the Camas Police Department, Clark County Sheriff’s Office and a Vancouver police K-9 team helped in the overnight search for the three, Reijonen said.

Krecklow was taken to the Clark County Jail, and the two 17-year-olds were taken to Clark County Juvenile Justice Center.
