Washington State University Vancouver and the Willamette Radio Workshop have combined forces to offer a “A Radio Christmas Carol,” Thursday at the Kiggins Theatre, 1101 Main St.

A 6 p.m. silent auction will benefit WSU Vancouver’s creative media and digital culture program’s technical support services.

At 7 p.m., the Willamette Radio Workshop will perform “A Radio Christmas Carol,” an adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic ghost story. Admission is free with donation of a nonperishable food item for the Clark County Food Bank.

The Willamette Radio Workshop re-enacts radio dramas from the golden age of radio in front of live audiences. “A Radio Christmas Carol” is directed by Sam Mowry and will feature voice actors, Foley sound artists and the Holly Jolly Radio Singers.

Wine, beer and other concessions will be available for purchase. Learn more at radiowork.com or http://kigginstheatre.net.

In October, Willamette Radio Workshop presented Orson Welles’ “War of the Worlds” to a full house at the Kiggins Theatre.
