COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Pittsburgh Marathon winner Mary Akor has accepted a two-year ban from USADA after testing positive for a prohibited substance.

USADA announced the ban Wednesday.

The 37-year-old Akor, from Gardena, Calif., tested positive for Clenbuterol in an in-competition urine sample collected in December 2012 at the Gobernador Marathon in Mexico.

Akor has been disqualified from all competitive results from Dec. 6, 2012, the date her sample was collected, and Nov. 5, the day she accepted the ban. Akor won the Pittsburgh Marathon in May, collapsing in exhaustion after finishing.
