MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (AP) — Lucky Jones scored 18 points to lead Robert Morris over Campbell 72-61 on Wednesday.

The Colonials (5-7) shot 50 percent (9 of 18) from beyond the arc and 46 percent from the floor. Karvel Anderson added 16 points while Anthony Myers-Pate chipped in with 12 points and eight assists.

Campbell (4-7) was led by D.J. Mason with 12 points. Andrew Ryan had seven points and gathered 12 rebounds for the Fighting Camels.

Robert Morris broke out to a 10-point lead with 12:19 left in the first on a 3-pointer by Jones. But Campbell used a 10-2 run near the end of the half to close the gap before another Jones trey pushed the lead to seven (36-29) at the intermission.

A 3-pointer by Antwon Oliver cut Campbell’s deficit to two with 10:37 left, but Aaron Tate hit a jumper next time down the floor and Campbell wilted down the stretch.
