Boys basketball: Aloha 43, Skyview 36

The Storm fought back in the fourth quarter to get within five points, but couldn’t recover in the third-place game of the Barlow Trail Tournament in Gresham.

“We looked like a tired team,” Skyview coach Matt Gruhler said. “We just didn’t make the shots down the stretch.”

Skyview (3-6) led 22-19 at the half, but was outscored 17-4 in the third quarter.

Marcus Lord led the Storm in scoring with 12 points. Tyler Hoffman had six points, seven assists, and six rebounds, and Ben Spies had seven points and six rebounds.
