Connor Wonderly scored 16 points, leading four players in double figures as La Center secured the No. 3 seed from the Tric o League.
Matt Braaten had 12 points, and Wyatt Aguirre and Jeremiah Arn each had 11 for the Wildcats.
La Center led 22-8 after the first quarter, then held Ilwaco to two points in the second quarter.
La Center will host a loser-out district playoff game Monday.
