JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Jacksonville Jaguars coach Gus Bradley has finalized his staff.

Bradley hired tight ends coach Ron Middleton, running backs coach Terry Richardson, special teams assistant Matthew Smiley and defensive backs assistant Mike Rutenberg on Thursday.

The moves continue Bradley’s trend of dipping into the college ranks for assistants.

Middleton spent the last five seasons at Duke, serving as associate head coach and special teams coordinator while also coaching the tight ends.

Richardson, who has 14 years of college experience, previously served as Miami’s running backs coach.

Smiley has eight years of college experience. He spent last season as special teams coordinator at Charleston Southern.

Rutenberg spent the last four seasons at New Mexico State, where he coached defensive backs.
