360 Restorations has leased 5,252 square feet of office space at Eastridge Business Park, 12012 N.E. 95th St., Vancouver, from Investors Warranty of America. Keith Young and Joshua Schwartz of Kidder Mathews represented both parties.

Allegiant Payments, providing payment-processing services, has leased 1,250 square feet of space at Van Mall Business Park, 5123 N.E. 94th Ave., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Hanes Companies has leased 32,900 square feet of industrial space at Opus 205 Distribution Center, 5900 N.E. 88th St., Suite 111, Vancouver, from Master Towers LLC. The anticipated move-in date is April 1. Jake Bigby of CBRE represented the tenant.
