Citizens fed up with partisan bickering in Washington, D.C., are invited to a political organization meeting noon to 2 p.m. Sunday in Vancouver. The political group No Labels will be there to talk about encouraging U.S. Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Camas, to work across the political aisle to solve the nation’s problems. Powerful interest groups are pushing the two major political parties apart at a time when they should be working together, the group says.

The meeting takes place at the Fisher’s Landing fire station, 17408 S.E. 15th St. Guests must register ahead of time because there is limited seating. Email Right2BHeard@gmail.com or call Suzanne Kendall at 520-991-3848.
