In part five of a wide ranging video interview, newly elected Clark County Commissioner David Madore speaks about ways the county can save money. An example he uses: the many citizen advisory boards. Although the boards work for no pay there are costs associated with them. The biggest is staff time to keep the boards coordinated and gather the information from them.
