Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.
East Village Investors has purchased 13.09 acres, plus 2.88 acres with a Bi-Mart store building, at 2813 and 3003 Addy St., Washougal, from D.M. Stevenson Ranch LLC. The sale price was $7,084,000. Greg L. Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
HCT Properties has purchased an industrial building at 4612 Minnehaha St., Vancouver, from Western Properties for $600,000. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, and Garret Harper and Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller.
Manuel D. Karlin has purchased a 3,840-square-foot apartment building at 1921 Brandt Road, Vancouver, from Brandt Apartments LLC for $338,500. Derek Federinko and Brandi Welter of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
