Brian Andrew Younce, who until recently lived in the Minnehaha area, now is homeless in Clark County.

Younce, 29, is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group deemed most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to a bulletin from the Sex Offender Registration Unit of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Younce has been convicted of indecent liberties with forcible compulsion. He forced a 14-year-old girl to drink alcohol and sexually assaulted her. He was convicted of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes for forcing a 14-year-old girl to have sex against her will.

Younce is white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 180 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

He has registered as a sex offender with the sheriff’s office, as state law requires, and is not wanted by police. He is being monitored by the sheriff’s unit and the Sex Offender Tracking Unit of the Vancouver Police Department.
