Letter: Message hardly reflects season

Here we are celebrating the holiday, enjoying bright and festive lights, Merry Christmas greetings around town, but taking a drive down Andresen hill doesn’t exactly give you that tingly feeling — multiple banners displaying recycling bins? The city must have gotten a bargain on these, or “Happy Holidays” wasn’t available?
