Jurisdiction: Clark County Superior Court can handle any civil case filed in the county. It alone handles cases involving more than $75,000. Plaintiffs may choose whether to file cases involving less than $75,000 in either Superior Court or District Court. An article on Page C1 Saturday was incorrect.
