Police recovered luggage allegedly stolen from the Portland airport at a Vancouver home Tuesday morning.

The Port of Portland Police Department and Vancouver Police Department’s East Precinct Neighborhood Response Team recovered six suitcases and numerous other items allegedly stolen from Portland International Airport since May 2012. Police do not believe the case is linked to another case involving alleged bag theft at the airport on Saturday.

Police identified a group of people allegedly responsible for 15 cases of baggage theft and issued a search warrant at 10 a.m. Tuesday at a home on the 9600 block of Southeast Seventh Street in Vancouver.

Police detained four people during the search. Two of the suspects were released and two were arrested on unrelated warrants by Vancouver police. The investigation is ongoing.

Vancouver police arrested Lee Carter Caballero, 32, on a Clark County misdemeanor warrant for a conditional release violation and Danielle Marie Cramer, 29, on a Clark County felony warrant for identity theft.

Police have identified the victims of the stolen property and are in the process of notifying property owners.
